[[IKWON_PP_G000]]Inkwon Privacy Policy (Draft)

Effective Date: May 8, 2026
Last Updated: May 8, 2026

Inkwon is a brand of EOM TECHNOLOGY (HK) LIMITED. This Privacy Policy explains how EOM TECHNOLOGY (HK) LIMITED collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when users access or use the Inkwon App, website, AI features, gallery, printing services, customer support, emails, event pages, WebView pages, and related services.

[[IKWON_PP_G001]]1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Inkwon App, the Inkwon website, AI features, gallery and public content features, printer connection and printing services, customer support, emails, event pages, WebView pages, and related services.

If Shopify store or order services are integrated in the future, this Privacy Policy may also apply to related shopping, order, payment, refund, and customer support features.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, stores, social media services, or payment services that are not controlled by Inkwon, even if they are linked from the Inkwon App or website.

[[IKWON_PP_G002]]2. Language

This Privacy Policy is provided in English. Translations in other languages may be provided for convenience. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

[[IKWON_PP_G003]]3. Information We Collect

We collect or process personal information only when it is necessary for the functions users choose to use, such as account login, photo import, AI creation, gallery upload, printer connection, printing, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, and service security.

Users may use basic image editing, printer connection, and printing functions without logging in. Login is required only for account-related, cloud, AI history, gallery, membership, order, or customer support features where applicable.

We do not automatically upload users’ entire photo albums. Except when users actively upload, save, sync, publish, or use AI or cloud features, ordinary image editing is processed locally on the device.

[[IKWON_PP_G004]]4. Account and Profile Information

The current version supports email registration and login, as well as guest mode. When users create or log in to an account, we may process the user’s email address, login credentials, verification information, account ID, account status, and related security records.

Guest mode does not require users to provide account information. Users may still use basic image editing, printer connection, and printing functions in guest mode where supported.

Users may voluntarily set a nickname and profile picture. Nickname and profile picture are not required for basic printing functions. If users upload a profile picture, it will be used for account display, personal profile identification, and related service display.

The first release does not support Apple Login or Google Login. If third-party login is supported in the future, we may process the account identifier, email address, nickname, profile picture, or other information authorized by the user to create or link an Inkwon account.

[[IKWON_PP_G005]]5. Photos, Camera, Image Editing, and Local Saving

Inkwon may request photo access so that users can select images for editing, printing, AI creation, or gallery upload. If users deny photo access, image selection from the photo album may be unavailable.

Inkwon may request camera access so that users can take photos and import them into the editing or printing workflow. If users deny camera access, photo capture may be unavailable.

Ordinary image editing is processed locally by default. Users may save edited works or AI-generated content to their local photo album.

Images may be uploaded only when users actively use AI features, cloud processing, gallery upload, work saving, synchronization, customer support, or similar online features.

[[IKWON_PP_G006]]6. AI Features

Inkwon may provide AI image generation, AI photo editing or enhancement, AI sticker creation, and AI tattoo design features. These AI features are cloud-supported and are not purely local features.

When users actively use AI features, we may process prompts, uploaded images, generated outputs, generation history, task status, failure reasons, safety review records, and necessary logs to provide AI generation, editing, enhancement, safety review, troubleshooting, and service optimization.

AI generation history may be saved in the cloud for logged-in users so that they can view, reuse, edit, or synchronize AI results across devices. Users may delete their AI history records.

When users delete AI history, the records will no longer be displayed to the user. We may retain necessary logs or security records for a limited period where required for troubleshooting, compliance, safety, or dispute handling.

We may use AI task data for service operation, effect optimization, troubleshooting, and safety review. We will not use users’ uploaded images, prompts, or generated outputs to train general AI models without the user’s separate consent.

If future model training or deeper model optimization involves user content beyond the current service purpose, we will obtain the user’s separate authorization where required by applicable law.

Inkwon AI features may be supported by Google Vertex AI, Gemini, Imagen, BytePlus, Volcano Engine, and other third-party AI service providers that may be added in the future.

When users use AI features, prompts, uploaded images, generated outputs, task logs, and related information may be transmitted to the relevant AI service providers for generation, editing, enhancement, safety review, and troubleshooting.

[[IKWON_PP_G007]]7. Public Gallery, User Content, and Interactions

Users may actively upload works to the cloud gallery and make them publicly visible to other users. Publicly visible works may be displayed together with the user’s nickname, profile picture, publication time, work description, and related interaction information.

The public gallery may support browsing, likes, favorites, comments, and reporting. We may process works, comments, likes, favorites, reports, review results, and related logs for content display, interaction, community management, safety review, and service security.

Comments may be publicly displayed to other users. Users must not post illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent, hateful, harassing, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate content.

To maintain the safety and order of the public gallery, Inkwon may use keyword filters, automated detection, hiding, user reporting, and manual review where necessary. Reported or violating content may be hidden, removed, restricted, or otherwise handled.

Users may delete works they uploaded to the public gallery. After deletion, the work will no longer be displayed to other users, but we may retain necessary operation logs, report records, review records, or security records for compliance, safety, dispute handling, and rights protection.

The current version may not allow users to delete their own comments directly. If comment deletion is supported in the future, the related product flow and policy description should be updated accordingly.

Works publicly posted by users may be used within the Inkwon App for gallery display, recommendation, ranking, activity pages, or similar in-app display purposes.

If we wish to use a user’s work on the official website, social media, app store materials, advertisements, or other external promotional channels, we will obtain the user’s separate authorization before such use.

[[IKWON_PP_G008]]8. User Content Responsibility and AI-Generated Content

Users are responsible for the content they upload, publish, comment on, save, print, share, or generate through Inkwon. Users must ensure that they have the necessary rights and permissions for such content.

Users must not upload, publish, comment on, generate, or share content that is illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent, hateful, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.

We may review, hide, remove, restrict, disable, or report content where necessary to protect users, rights holders, platform security, or comply with applicable laws, complaints, regulatory requests, or legal requirements.

Users may use AI-generated content created through Inkwon for personal use, printing, sharing, and publishing to the Inkwon gallery, subject to this Privacy Policy and our content rules.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will not infringe third-party rights. We may restrict, hide, remove, or disable AI-generated content that violates laws, third-party rights, or platform rules.

[[IKWON_PP_G009]]9. Printer Connection, Bluetooth, and Device Status

Inkwon uses Bluetooth to search for, connect to, and manage Inkwon printers. We may request Bluetooth permissions for device discovery, connection, status reading, printing, and device management.

During printer connection and printing, we may process printer name, Bluetooth device identifier, connection status, print status, firmware version, battery status, paper shortage status, error codes, print success or failure records, and print count.

These data are used to complete printing, show device status, provide error reminders, troubleshoot failures, analyze stability, and improve the service.

The current version does not require mandatory account binding for printers. If device binding, warranty registration, or after-sales management is supported in the future, we may process device serial number, binding status, warranty records, or related information as necessary.

Unless users actively upload, save, publish, use AI features, use gallery features, or contact customer support, Inkwon does not by default collect or store the actual image content being printed.

[[IKWON_PP_G010]]10. Permissions and Effects of Denial

Inkwon will request permissions only when they are needed for specific functions. We do not intend to request all permissions at first launch.

Photo access may be requested for image selection. If users deny photo access, selecting images from the photo album may be unavailable.

Camera access may be requested for taking photos. If users deny camera access, taking photos within the App may be unavailable.

Bluetooth access may be requested for printer discovery and connection. If users deny Bluetooth access, printer connection and printing may be unavailable.

On certain Android versions below Android 12, location permission may be required by the operating system for Bluetooth scanning. This permission is used only to search for and connect nearby Inkwon printers, and is not used to collect GPS location or continuously track users.

On Android 12 and above, Inkwon will prioritize Bluetooth scan and Bluetooth connection permissions where supported by the operating system.

If notification permission is denied, users may not receive future notifications such as print status, device alerts, updates, or activity reminders, but basic editing, connection, and printing functions will not be affected solely by denying notification permission.

Network access is used for account login, AI creation, gallery upload and browsing, work synchronization, analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration, version updates, customer support, and backend service communication.

[[IKWON_PP_G011]]11. Analytics, Logs, Crash Reporting, and Remote Configuration

Inkwon may use Firebase Analytics to understand feature usage, device connection, printing workflow, AI feature usage, gallery interaction, and other product events for product analysis and experience improvement.

Inkwon may use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash logs, error logs, device information, system version, App version, performance information, and related diagnostic data to locate and fix faults.

Inkwon may later use Firebase Remote Config for feature switches, experiment parameters, prompts, version policies, or similar configuration purposes.

We may process device model, operating system version, App version, language, region, time zone, IP address or coarse region, crash logs, error logs, performance logs, Bluetooth connection logs, printing failure logs, and AI failure logs.

These data are used to keep services running, protect service security, troubleshoot issues, improve performance, optimize printing stability, and enhance user experience.

[[IKWON_PP_G012]]12. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Inkwon website, Shopify store, App WebView pages, event pages, or store pages may use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, or similar technologies for page loading, login status, shopping cart, order flow, analytics, and service security.

Analytics SDKs in the App may also use device identifiers or similar technologies to measure feature usage and improve user experience.

[[IKWON_PP_G013]]13. Recommendations, Notifications, and Emails

The current version does not display third-party advertisements and does not conduct cross-app tracking for third-party advertising purposes.

We may provide in-app recommendations for templates, AI features, works, activities, or materials based on users’ in-app usage behavior to improve content discovery and user experience.

The first release may not provide a complex setting to disable recommendations because recommendation functionality is limited. If more complete personalized recommendation features are introduced in the future, we will provide management or opt-out methods as required by applicable law.

The current version may not provide remote push notifications. If push services are enabled in the future, Inkwon may use Apple Push Notification service or Firebase Cloud Messaging to send print status, device alerts, firmware updates, feature reminders, activity messages, or similar notifications.

Users can manage notification permissions through the operating system settings.

We may send emails for registration or login verification codes, password recovery, customer support replies, issue handling progress, important service notices, policy updates, security reminders, activities, templates, AI features, or store-related information.

For marketing emails, users may unsubscribe through the unsubscribe method provided in the email or by contacting customer support.

[[IKWON_PP_G014]]14. Payments, Purchases, and Shopify Store Services

The current version may not provide paid services. If membership, subscriptions, AI credits, material purchases, template purchases, or store order services are added in the future, payment and order information may be processed through Apple, Google, Shopify, or other payment or e-commerce service providers.

We may process order number, purchase record, subscription status, payment status, refund status, store account information, customer support records, and related transaction information where necessary for the service.

Sensitive payment information such as full payment card numbers is usually processed by third-party payment platforms. Inkwon does not intend to directly store full payment card information.

[[IKWON_PP_G015]]15. Customer Support and Feedback

When users contact us through in-app feedback, email, or other customer support channels, we may process the contact information, issue description, images, videos, device information, App logs, error records, and other information voluntarily provided by the user.

These data are used for problem diagnosis, after-sales support, service improvement, dispute handling, and communication with the user.

Users should avoid submitting sensitive information that is unrelated to the issue, such as identification documents, financial information, medical information, or private content not required for troubleshooting.

[[IKWON_PP_G016]]16. Information We Do Not Collect

Inkwon does not access users’ contacts, SMS, call records, calendar, microphone, government ID documents, passports, or biometric identifiers.

Inkwon does not provide facial recognition or biometric identification features.

Inkwon does not collect precise GPS location for tracking users. Location permission on certain Android versions is used only when required by the operating system for Bluetooth scanning.

Inkwon does not collect users’ installed app list, SMS content, call content, or full photo album content by default.

[[IKWON_PP_G017]]17. Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell or rent users’ personal information. We do not share users’ personal information for third-party advertising purposes.

We may share necessary information with entrusted service providers only to the extent required to provide or support the service, such as cloud hosting, storage, AI processing, analytics, crash reporting, email delivery, payment, e-commerce, push notifications, security, or infrastructure services.

We may disclose information where required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, government request, enforcement request, rights protection, safety, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.

If future advertising, commercial cooperation, or data sharing beyond current service purposes is introduced, we will update this Privacy Policy and obtain necessary authorization where required by applicable law.

[[IKWON_PP_G018]]18. Third-Party SDKs and Service Providers

We may use third-party SDKs or service providers for account services, AI features, analytics, crash reporting, cloud hosting and storage, email delivery, payment, e-commerce, push notifications, and other functions.

A detailed list is provided in Appendix A of this Privacy Policy, including provider names, purposes, possible data categories, and privacy policy links. Appendix A may be updated according to the actual integration status.

Third-party service providers may process information under their own privacy policies and terms.

[[IKWON_PP_G019]]19. International Data Processing

Inkwon may rely on cloud hosting and storage providers, AI service providers, analytics providers, email delivery providers, payment or e-commerce service providers, and other third-party providers to support the services.

To provide account, AI, gallery, printing status, customer support, analytics, crash reporting, and related services, data may be processed across borders based on service provider infrastructure and the user’s region.

We will take appropriate safeguards as required by applicable laws to protect personal information during cross-border processing.

[[IKWON_PP_G020]]20. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for the shortest period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law.

Account information is usually retained until account deletion or service termination. AI history is usually retained until the user deletes it or closes the account. Gallery works are usually retained until the user deletes them, closes the account, or the platform removes them according to the applicable rules.

Logs and diagnostic data may be retained for a necessary period and then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, subject to service security, troubleshooting, compliance, dispute handling, and legal requirements.

[[IKWON_PP_G021]]21. User Rights and Choices

Users may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, objection, account closure, or other rights regarding their personal information, subject to applicable laws and verification requirements.

The current version may not provide automatic in-app data export. Users may contact us by email to request access, correction, deletion, export, account deletion, or privacy-related complaints.

Users may delete their AI history records and public gallery works where supported. Account deletion may be submitted through the in-app account deletion entry, the website account deletion request page, or customer support email.

After account deletion, we will delete or anonymize account-related personal information, but we may retain necessary order, log, security, compliance, or dispute handling records where required or permitted by applicable law.

[[IKWON_PP_G022]]22. Children

Inkwon is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Inkwon may be used by family users, but it is not a child-directed application or child-specific service.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate parental or guardian consent where required, we will take steps to delete, restrict, or otherwise handle such information as required by applicable law.

[[IKWON_PP_G023]]23. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission, access control, data and log management, secure password storage, service provider management, and security checks.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of information.

Users should also protect their account credentials, devices, and network environment, and avoid sharing verification codes, passwords, or sensitive information with others.

[[IKWON_PP_G024]]24. Security Incidents

If a security incident involving personal information occurs, we will take reasonable measures to investigate, contain, and remediate the incident.

Where required by applicable law, we may notify affected users and/or relevant regulatory authorities through appropriate methods.

[[IKWON_PP_G025]]25. Third-Party Links, WebView, and External Services

Inkwon may contain links to third-party websites, Shopify store pages, event pages, social media pages, or services displayed through WebView.

These third-party services are not controlled by Inkwon, and their collection, use, storage, sharing, and protection of personal information are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

If users choose to share content to third-party platforms in the future, such sharing will be initiated by the user, and the third-party platform’s own privacy policy and terms will apply.

[[IKWON_PP_G026]]26. Region-Specific Rights

Depending on where users are located, they may have additional privacy rights under applicable laws, including the GDPR, UK data protection laws, applicable U.S. state privacy laws, Japanese privacy laws, Korean privacy laws, and other regional privacy laws. Additional region-specific details are provided in the Regional Privacy Addenda at the end of this Privacy Policy.

For users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, applicable rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

For users in regions where consent, opt-out, or additional notice is required for certain processing activities, we will provide the required choices or notices as required by applicable law.

[[IKWON_PP_G027]]27. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we may notify users through in-app notices, website updates, email, or other appropriate methods.

If required by applicable law, we will obtain users’ consent again. Continued use of Inkwon after the updated policy becomes effective means acceptance of the updated policy.
